The Site, as well as the websites of our affiliates and subsidiaries, are currently being provided free-of-charge to you. The terms "you", "your", and "yours" refer to the customer/purchaser utilizing our Site(s). The terms
"ChooChooCoffee.Com", "we", "us", and "our" refer to ChooChooCoffee.Com, and its affiliates, and subsidiaries. We reserve the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time and to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time as we see fit. If you violate the terms of this Agreement you will have your access canceled and you may be permanently banned from using the Site and any interactive services. You should check these terms and conditions periodically. By using the Site after we post changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them.
Entering the Site will constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not enter the Site.

Before any refunds or returns may be granted, a RMA number must be generated. Please use the contact page to contact the customer support department along with your order id to initiate a RMA request.
Refunds are given as a gift certificate to be used either online or in our store in Bryson City, North Carolina.
Refund will be in the amount of purchase price only. Shipping charges are not refundable and in the case of orders shipped free, actual shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
Refunds must be initiated within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. RMA requests after this time will be denied.
Returns will be refused unless a RMA number has been issued. You may contact us via email or via telephone to initiate a RMA return request.
Returns must be returned back to us in a manner that facilitates a shipper's tracking number (suggested is USPS Priority mail or UPS). This alleviates the problem of tracking lost packages as well as gives the shipper the option to insure their return item.
Items returned must be returned to Choo Choo Coffee Company postage paid and this return postage is not refundable.
If the item is an exchange for a different size color etc., returned item must be returned postage paid by the buyer and the replacement will be shipped postage paid for by us.
If the item is defective, contact us immediately to arrange for a pickup label to be generated along with a replacement item. This is at no cost to you.
