Before any refunds or returns may be granted, a RMA number must be generated. Please use the contact page to contact the customer support department along with your order id to initiate a RMA request.
Refunds are given as a gift certificate to be used either online or in our store in Dillsboro, North Carolina.
Returns will be refused unless a RMA number has been issued. You may also contact us via telephone to initiate a RMA return request.
Returns must be returned back to us in a manner that facilitates a shipper's tracking number. This alleviates the problem of tracking lost packages as well as gives the shipper the option to insure their return item.
If the item is defective, contact us immediately to arrange for a pickup label to be generated along with a replacement item. This is at no cost to you. The defective item must be returned to us within 10 days to prevent being charged for the item.
