Choo Choo Coffee is Roasting coffee on a regular basis. Come in a smell the coffee.
The roasting process is a extremely complex process involving many chemical reactions.
As the green beans are roasted they take on certain characteristics distinctive of the region in which the coffee was grown. Coffees, although initially from the same species will smell, look and taste completely different from each other. We are currently roasting from 6 countries each with it's own personality.
Greg, our Roaster is always glad to answer questions and allow a "hands on" feel to all customers which will make the whole coffee buying experience more enjoyable.
